Physical Therapy
If you’re navigating shoulder pain, knee discomfort, low back pain, an ankle sprain, or healing from a recent surgery that’s keeping you from your favorite activities and you’re looking for physical therapy that helps you stay active while you heal, I’ve got you.
First, we’ll assess your injury and movement patterns.
Then we’ll co-create a plan to:

Through it all, my hope is that you feel seen, supported, and empowered to listen to your body and to trust in your body’s resilience and capacity to heal.
All sessions are 1-on-1 in a private treatment studio giving you space to share what’s important to you in your healing process and your desire for the treatment session.
Chronic Pain Treatment

These approaches are integrated in collaboration and with intention to help reduce the fear and stress pain creates and allow you to engage in your life in ways that are meaningful for you.
