Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Have a tweak, sprain, strain, or recent surgery that’s keeping you from your favorite activities?

We’ll first assess your injury and movement patterns, then create a plan to decrease your pain and support you getting back to the movement practices you love.

All sessions are 1-on-1 in a private treatment studio giving you space to share what’s important to you on your healing process and your desire for the treatment session.

Chronic Pain Physical Therapy

If you’re living with chronic or persistent pain and are exhausted from trying everything - traditional physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic - and still feel like nothing has helped, you’re not alone.

We’ll look at healing through the lens of the mind-body connection and incorporate:

  • Mindfulness and nervous system regulation

  • Gentle movement practices, pacing, and gradual return to activity

These approaches help reduce the fear and stress pain creates and allow you to engage in your life in ways that are meaningful for you.
